How much is the tuition?

How much is the tuition? 
Costs vary according to the level of tuition.  The tutor sets his or her own
hourly rate.  You will been informed with the hourly rate along with all other
information about the tutor.  You may then decide on a tutor that is suitable
for you.
Please pay the tutor either by cash or cheque after each session. We ask all tutees, who find a tutor through us, to make a voluntary contribution of £5 to Save the Children through our JustGiving page.

I am not happy with my tutor, what do I do? 
You are in your rights to tell a tutor they are no longer needed.

How do I check that the tutor are who they say they are? 
Yiu are more than They are then asked to take the information to the
tutee also.  You are more than welcome to ask to see it.

How are the tutors vetted? *
Each tutor must have a CRB reference or Subject Access Form, photographic ID, proof of address and teaching or professional qualification when they register. Please visit www.crb.gov.uk to find out more.  Please contact your local police station to find out more about the Subject Access Form.  

*Though we do check our tutors' background it is the sole responsibility of the parent/gaurdian to ensure child protection at all times.*

Will the tutor travel to me?
Yes. In most cases the tutoring sessions will take place in your home. 
However, you are more than welcome to arrange a different venue with the tutor if you require.
